Mandrel shaft is the main components of Tension reel(recoiler), Pay-off reel(uncoiler);

The mandrel is generally compsed of main shaft(arbor), segments, spreader(sleeve),wedges,pull rod, outboard support, hydraulic cylinder and joint unit.etc;

The mandrel has different kinds of structure, we design and manufacture according to specific application; All mandrels we manufactured are customized made;
